Flour, salt, water and 1 teaspoon of oil; tomato sauce, cheese and anything you like. It is a flaten wheat dough with another ingredients. That is a pizza. After mix the flour, salt, water and oil, roll the dough, spread the tomato sauce on it, bake in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes; spread the other ingredients, tomato slices, olives, mushrooms, maybe meat, and add the cheese; finally bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. I love it for its juicy sauce and cheese, I love it because you can add anything on it, if you like it you can add pineapple or beans. For this reason the pizza can be 'fit' food or junk food, depending that we add in it. The cheese, for example, is not an healthy food. Obviously may be harmful to health eat pizza everyday or every weekend, but there is nothing wrong in eat it someday on a month.

And obviously I can navigate on the internet, and that expands all t...
